What will copays be?

Unfortunately, there isn’t a clear answer to this question. The cost of co-pays is dependent on your insurance plan, your deductible, and a few other factors. We won’t know the amount of your co-pay until we submit your first claim but it’s generally the same as what a regular doctor’s visit co-pay would be.

Care

Can Summer Health treat urinary tract infections (UTIs)?

Standard of care in pediatrics is to begin treatment for a suspected UTI after a urine culture sample has been collected. This needs to be done at a clinic or lab. Our pediatricians cannot prescribe antibiotics without the culture sample collected, even if there is an at-home urine test suggesting possible UTI. However, our pediatricians can help you determine if your child should be seen in person to have this test done. Here is a full list of what we treat and do not treat, please see refer to our site here.
