Yes, you may text us about all of your children. Cheaper by the dozen.
Our doctors are busy, but you're our top priority. Give us a nudge if you haven't heard back in a while. If it's been more than 15 minutes, we'll give you a full refund on your month and ensure that we still answer your question.
Right now, we're all message-based. That's our superpower for providing quick, easy, white-glove care. If something needs to be escalated, our provider will give you additional instructions specifying how and where you can receive in-person care.
You may cancel any time by logging in to care.summerhealth.com and selecting "Billing." Your cancellation will be granted as of the date of request, and you will still be able to use your Summer Health account until the end of the period.
Please note that currently, we do not have a way to revive accounts. If you cancel, you will be unable to reinstate your account. Please reach out to us at help@summerhealth.com to reactivate your account.
For refunds, we will review your request and get back to you within 48 hours. If you qualify for a refund, we will honor your cancelation based on your date of request. Refunds of payment will be pro-rated based on the days of Summer Health Service delivered within the billing month.
Summer Health aims to respond within 15 minutes. Our national average wait time is about 3 minutes. If you suspect that you are in a conversation that has not been previously closed by a provider, and the response time is longer than 15 minutes, please email us immediately at help@summerhealth.com and we will resolve and escalate.
We are unable to accept FSA or HSA for monthly billing. This is because HSA and FSA dollars may only be used for services that have been rendered, rather than proactively offered. We may be able to accept FSA and HSA for annual billing. Please reach out to us at help@summerhealth.com if you have any questions.
We'd love to chat with you! Reach out to us at providers@summerhealth.com to express your interest. We'll be in touch shortly to discuss further.
